Your grandpa looks so good in his uniform! My grandpa was also in WW II. We were always so proud of him and all the other soldiers for what they have done and are doing for our country.
Seems the men in your family are quite handsome indeed.
Nice pic, nice post, and nice sentiment. I wish I had the picture of my dad in his Army uniform, but it is at my mom's house. He was quite a looker himself.
P.S I forgot to ask what breed of dog and how big they are so I could tell you how much Vitamin-E you can give. And just so ya know it may make their stools a little soft too. Amber~
Hello Lisa! I enjoyed reading your blog post toady! Grandpa was a handsome guy! I am honored to have had folks like him to have served our sweet country! Hope you are haing a nice Veteran's Day? And thanks for the nice comment on my blog and for visiting my daughters blog too. The "BIG" project is coming along nicely-slowly but we are making good progress. The wood is looking wonderful! It is going to be so beautiful when we are done!!! I will be posting an update with photos soon-so be looking for that! ~Tam :P
Oh Lisa... thank you for the sweet note, but honestly I went over and over in my head on whether or not to post about my birthday. I am NOT one of those girls LOL Taking the pictures and posting them was more of a cleansing process then anything ... yikes!
Oh and the hubby thing.... we were both mistreated so much in the past we just appreciate each other, that's all. It's a much longer story than I've talked about believe me, but our kids from both marriages read the blog so I can't go there. I'm sure you get what I'm saying ;)
The photos I have taken and the words I have written are mine. Please do not copy them. I always give credit where credit is due if they are not mine. The Golden Rule is the rule of life, follow it!!!
